Oh dreaded locked boy

I've a picture of you:
A parisian street
Early morning
Late spring
And I know what you were thinking
You were taking a break from life
You were traveling light
(A pair of walking shoes and a sweater)
You were where you were
When you pictured where you'd be:
Anywhere but home

i still miss you patrick hickey.
you came to me in a dream last night but i dont really know what to make of it. We went tshirt shopping and you kept taking all the ones that i wanted and cutting them up and sewing them into those bags you loved to make.

i think that you just spewed love and passion out of every pore in your body. You just made me feel so at home and so understood. i love you and i miss you. i know that you are missed by everyone and still live within everyone you have touched.

take a look at my city.

these were taken down by the canal. katie and i get coffee every morning after class and come sit down here. sometimes we feed geese.

This weekend went by really fast. Friday I spent hanging out with my friend Kat. We went to watch most of our friends play a show at El Diablo. It was sooo fun. I have some amazingly talented friends. Ty played solo and his music is simply beautiful. Sean played with Pat and Tom in their band Lt. John Dunbar. It was mostly ambient sytle but amazing all the same. Then Sean played by himself and I cant even form words to how awesome it was. He was like a mix of Conor Oberst and Daniel Johnston. We hung out at the show for a long time. Then Moorea and I decided we were hungry so we got around 20 people to pile into cars to go to Jai Thai in Fremont. Where I had the best fried rice tofu I have ever had. Then Ty, Kat, Pat, and Katie D and I watched mean creek. Which was the most depressing movie I think that i have ever seen.
Saturday was fun as well. Mostly I slept in til 11. It was sooo nice. Me Katie and Grant went downtown for most of the day. We went to urban outfitters off of pikes. And from Pikes we walked to Capital Hill. Which was insane. But worth the adventure. There I found the best thrift store of my liiiife. Then we hopped on a bus back home.
Sunday I went to church in the morning. Then I walked to Queen Anne with Katie and we sat in this tiny little tea shop all day and studied and did homework. THen I bought some tea for my room and we walked back. I was supposed to go to Thai with Devon and Allen but they left without me.
Thats my weekend. I got new reading glasses Sunday. They are awesome.
